Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SenseTechLab (“SenseTechLab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the SenseTechLab website and DuoDash.

DuoDash is designed to minimize data collection. During normal use, DuoDash does not send your personal files or general device activity to SenseTechLab. Diagnostic information such as crash logs and relevant device, iOS, and installed-application information is submitted only when the user explicitly agrees to send it.

Scope: this website and SenseTechLab products

This Privacy Policy applies to the official SenseTechLab website and to SenseTechLab products and services, including DuoDash.

DuoDash is third-party software intended for compatible jailbroken iOS devices. Because the website and DuoDash operate differently, the information handled by each is described separately below.

Third-party websites, repositories, marketplaces, jailbreak tools, package managers, applications, and other services are governed by their own privacy practices and are not controlled by SenseTechLab.

What information DuoDash collects

DuoDash is designed to operate primarily on your device and does not routinely upload information about your device or its contents to SenseTechLab.

When you explicitly agree to submit diagnostic information, DuoDash may send information reasonably necessary to investigate a crash, bug, compatibility issue, or support request. Depending on the problem, this may include:

  • crash reports and diagnostic logs;
  • iOS version;
  • DuoDash version;
  • relevant device and system information;
  • jailbreak environment or related system information when relevant to troubleshooting; and
  • information identifying applications installed on the device when necessary to investigate compatibility problems or software conflicts.

The diagnostic information available may vary depending on the device, iOS version, jailbreak environment, and nature of the problem.

DuoDash does not intentionally collect your photos, contacts, messages, documents, passwords, account credentials, browsing history, or precise location as part of its diagnostic reporting.

What information this website collects

The SenseTechLab website may receive information that is normally transmitted when a browser communicates with a web server, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time of requests, and basic technical request information.

If you voluntarily contact SenseTechLab or submit information through the website, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, or support information.

The website is not intended to collect information from your DuoDash installation merely because you visit the website.

Hosting providers, security services, content delivery networks, or other infrastructure used to operate the website may process technical request information as necessary to provide their services.

Crash reporting

Crash reporting for DuoDash is optional and consent-based.

When a crash or technical problem occurs, DuoDash may offer you the opportunity to submit a crash report or diagnostic information to SenseTechLab.

DuoDash will not intentionally submit optional crash and diagnostic information described in this Policy unless you agree to send it.

Crash reports may contain technical information generated by iOS or other software components, including process names, application names, file paths, memory addresses, system state, error information, and other technical details associated with the crash.

Because crash logs are generated by the operating system or software environment, SenseTechLab cannot guarantee that every crash report is completely free of incidental information generated by the system.

Crash reports are used to diagnose problems, reproduce bugs, investigate compatibility issues, and improve DuoDash.

Analytics

DuoDash does not use diagnostic information for advertising or behavioral profiling.

SenseTechLab does not use information submitted by DuoDash to build advertising profiles or track users across unrelated applications or services.

The SenseTechLab website may use basic operational or traffic analytics if such services are enabled. Any analytics used on the website should be limited to purposes such as understanding website usage, maintaining performance, detecting abuse, and improving the website.

If SenseTechLab materially changes its analytics practices or introduces analytics that involve additional personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

Device identifiers

DuoDash is not designed to collect device identifiers for advertising or cross-service tracking.

Diagnostic reports may contain technical identifiers or device-related information generated by iOS, the jailbreak environment, DuoDash, or diagnostic systems where such information is necessary to distinguish technical environments or investigate a problem.

SenseTechLab does not use such information to track users across unrelated applications or websites for advertising purposes.

Licence verification

DuoDash may need to determine whether the software is properly licensed or authorized for use.

Where licence verification is performed through a third-party marketplace, repository, payment provider, licensing service, or distribution platform, that service may process information according to its own privacy policy and technical requirements.

SenseTechLab does not use licence verification information for behavioral advertising.

The exact information processed during licence verification may depend on the authorized distribution or licensing system through which DuoDash is provided.

Server logs

Servers used to operate SenseTechLab services may automatically create technical logs when a device or browser communicates with them.

These logs may include information such as IP address, request date and time, requested resource, response status, user-agent information, and other standard network or security information.

Server logs may be used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service reliability, and infrastructure maintenance.

Server logs are not used by SenseTechLab to inspect personal content stored on your device.

Third-party services

SenseTechLab may rely on third-party providers for functions such as website hosting, content delivery, software distribution, licensing, payments, crash-report infrastructure, or technical support.

These providers may process limited information necessary to perform their services and may have their own privacy policies.

SenseTechLab does not control the independent privacy practices of Apple, jailbreak developers, package managers, repositories, marketplaces, vehicle manufacturers, third-party applications, or other services that are not operated by SenseTechLab.

DuoDash is independent third-party software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supported by Apple Inc.

Purpose of processing

Information handled under this Privacy Policy may be used as reasonably necessary to:

  • diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical problems;
  • investigate application, tweak, jailbreak, or system compatibility issues;
  • provide user support;
  • improve DuoDash stability, reliability, security, and compatibility;
  • verify software licences where applicable;
  • operate and secure the SenseTechLab website and supporting infrastructure;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations; and
  • protect the rights, security, and integrity of SenseTechLab, DuoDash, and their users.

SenseTechLab does not sell DuoDash diagnostic information to advertisers or data brokers.

Retention

SenseTechLab retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including troubleshooting, software improvement, support, security, licence administration, infrastructure operation, and applicable legal obligations.

Diagnostic information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized where appropriate.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the technical or legal reason for retaining it.

Your choices

You control whether optional DuoDash crash reports and diagnostic information are submitted to SenseTechLab.

You may decline a diagnostic submission request. Declining optional diagnostic reporting does not prevent normal use of DuoDash, although SenseTechLab may have less information available to diagnose problems specific to your device or configuration.

You should not intentionally include passwords, authentication credentials, private messages, personal documents, or other sensitive information in support requests or diagnostic material.

Depending on applicable privacy law, you may also have rights concerning personal information held by SenseTechLab, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other legally available actions.
