These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, purchase, activation, and use of DuoDash (“DuoDash”, the “Software”, or the “Product”), developed and distributed by SenseTechLab (“SenseTechLab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using DuoDash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of DuoDash

DuoDash is third-party software intended for use on certain jailbroken Apple devices and may interact with iOS, CarPlay, connected vehicle infotainment systems, applications, system frameworks, processes, or other software components.

DuoDash is not an official Apple product and is not developed, authorized, sponsored, endorsed, certified, or supported by Apple Inc.

Jailbreaking and installing system modifications inherently involve risks that do not normally exist when using an unmodified device.

You expressly acknowledge that DuoDash operates in an unsupported and modified software environment and that its behavior may be affected by factors outside SenseTechLab’s control.

2. Assumption of risk

By installing or using DuoDash, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with jailbreaking, system modification, third-party tweaks, and the installation or operation of DuoDash.

Such risks may include, without limitation:

• device crashes, freezes, hangs, or unexpected reboots;
• SpringBoard crashes or respring loops;
• boot loops;
• loss of jailbreak functionality;
• partial or complete loss of device functionality;
• temporary or permanent device malfunction;
• device “bricking”;
• operating system corruption;
• filesystem corruption;
• application crashes or incompatibilities;
• conflicts with other jailbreak tweaks, packages, libraries, daemons, or modifications;
• CarPlay or vehicle infotainment system malfunction or instability;
• loss, corruption, modification, or deletion of files, settings, applications, or personal data;
• loss of access to services or applications;
• degraded system or battery performance;
• overheating or increased battery consumption;
• network, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, GPS, audio, video, or connectivity problems;
• incompatibility following an iOS, jailbreak, bootstrap, package, application, or vehicle software update;
• inability to restore the device or return it to its previous configuration;
• loss of manufacturer, carrier, reseller, or third-party warranty or support;
• security or privacy risks inherent to operating a jailbroken device; and
• other expected or unexpected consequences resulting from modification of the device or its operating environment.

You are solely responsible for determining whether DuoDash is appropriate and safe for your device, operating system, jailbreak environment, vehicle, head unit, and intended use.

3. Backups and recovery

Before installing, updating, configuring, or using DuoDash, you are responsible for creating appropriate backups of any important data and ensuring that you understand how to recover or restore your device if a problem occurs.

SenseTechLab is not responsible for restoring your device, jailbreak environment, applications, configurations, files, or data following any failure or malfunction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining any recovery resources, backups, credentials, firmware files, jailbreak tools, or other materials that may be necessary to recover your device.

4. Compatibility

DuoDash is designed only for specific combinations of devices, iOS versions, jailbreak environments, dependencies, CarPlay configurations, vehicles, and other software or hardware.

Compatibility information provided by SenseTechLab represents the configurations that we intend to support but does not constitute a guarantee that DuoDash will function correctly on any particular device or configuration.

Even apparently identical devices may behave differently because of installed tweaks, jailbreak configurations, applications, vehicle software, hardware revisions, system modifications, or other factors.

You are responsible for verifying compatibility before installation.

Installing DuoDash on an unsupported or untested configuration is entirely at your own risk.

5. Jailbreak environment and third-party software

SenseTechLab does not control and is not responsible for jailbreak tools, bootstrap environments, package managers, third-party repositories, tweaks, libraries, applications, operating system modifications, or other third-party software.

Problems caused by or involving third-party software are outside SenseTechLab’s control.

SenseTechLab makes no guarantee that DuoDash will coexist or remain compatible with any particular jailbreak, tweak, application, package, library, or system modification.

6. Vehicle and driving safety

DuoDash may display or enable functionality through Apple CarPlay or a vehicle infotainment/head-unit environment.

You are solely responsible for complying with all traffic laws, distracted-driving laws, vehicle regulations, and other laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

You must not configure, operate, troubleshoot, watch, or interact with DuoDash while driving where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Any configuration or troubleshooting requiring significant attention must be performed only when the vehicle is safely parked in an appropriate location.

SenseTechLab does not represent that any feature made technically possible by DuoDash is necessarily safe or legal to use while driving.

The availability of a feature does not constitute authorization or encouragement to use that feature while operating a vehicle.

You remain solely responsible for deciding when and how DuoDash may safely and legally be used.

7. Vehicle systems

DuoDash is intended to interact with infotainment-related functionality and is not intended to control safety-critical vehicle systems.

You must not rely upon DuoDash for vehicle operation, navigation safety, emergency information, collision avoidance, driver assistance, or any other safety-critical purpose.

SenseTechLab is not responsible for incompatibility with a particular vehicle, head unit, CarPlay implementation, aftermarket system, adapter, interface, or vehicle software version.

8. No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUODASH IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

SENSETECHLAB DISCLAIMS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

SenseTechLab does not guarantee that DuoDash will work on every supported configuration, remain compatible with future software versions, operate without bugs, or satisfy every user’s requirements.

9. Software updates and changes

Apple, jailbreak developers, application developers, vehicle manufacturers, and other third parties may modify their software or systems at any time.

Such changes may partially or completely break DuoDash functionality.

SenseTechLab does not guarantee continued compatibility with future versions of iOS, CarPlay, jailbreak tools, third-party applications, vehicle firmware, or other software or hardware.

SenseTechLab may modify, update, discontinue, replace, restrict, or remove DuoDash features at any time where reasonably necessary for development, compatibility, security, legal, or technical reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENSETECHLAB, ITS OWNER, DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO DUODASH.

This includes, without limitation, damages or losses arising from damaged or unusable devices, bricked devices, data loss or corruption, loss of jailbreak functionality, system downtime, loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunity, loss of warranty, repair or replacement costs, vehicle or infotainment system malfunction, third-party software incompatibility, accidents, property damage, personal injury, unsafe or unlawful use, or inability to use DuoDash or associated devices/services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENSETECHLAB’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO DUODASH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE DUODASH LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to jailbreak your device, selecting and maintaining your jailbreak environment, verifying compatibility, creating backups, understanding system-modification risks, installing/configuring DuoDash, safely operating your device and vehicle, complying with applicable laws, and dealing with consequences resulting from your particular configuration or use.

Technical support provided by SenseTechLab does not transfer these responsibilities to SenseTechLab.

12. Technical support

SenseTechLab may provide reasonable technical support for DuoDash but does not guarantee that every issue can or will be resolved.

Support may be refused or limited for unsupported configurations, modified or redistributed versions of DuoDash, conflicting third-party software, unauthorized installations, piracy, license circumvention, or environments that SenseTechLab cannot reasonably reproduce.

Advice, troubleshooting instructions, commands, configuration changes, or other technical information supplied by SenseTechLab are followed at your own risk.

13. License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase conditions, SenseTechLab grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use DuoDash on authorized devices.

Purchasing DuoDash does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to you.

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share licenses or activation credentials, circumvent licensing or activation mechanisms, publish modified or unauthorized builds, remove copyright or ownership notices, create or distribute an unauthorized derivative or competing copy, or use DuoDash for unlawful purposes.

14. Unauthorized or modified copies

SenseTechLab assumes no responsibility for copies of DuoDash obtained from unofficial repositories, piracy sites, unauthorized mirrors, file-sharing services, modified packages, or other unauthorized sources.

Such copies may have been modified and may contain malicious or otherwise unsafe code.

Only copies obtained through distribution channels officially identified by SenseTechLab should be considered authentic.

15. Refunds

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or the refund policy of the authorized marketplace through which DuoDash was purchased, purchases may be non-refundable once the software has been downloaded, activated, or used.

Incompatibility resulting from an unsupported configuration, third-party tweak conflict, unauthorized modification, or failure to review published compatibility requirements does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the purchaser’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SenseTechLab, its owner, developers, contributors, affiliates, distributors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized redistribution, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of DuoDash.

This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

17. Compliance with law

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, installation, possession, and use of DuoDash complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

Laws concerning jailbreaking, software modification, vehicle displays, driver distraction, copyright, interoperability, and device modification may differ between jurisdictions.

SenseTechLab does not provide legal advice regarding whether a particular use of DuoDash is lawful in your jurisdiction.

18. Third-party trademarks and services

Apple, iPhone, iOS, CarPlay, and other names or trademarks referenced in connection with DuoDash are the property of their respective owners.

Any reference to a third-party product, service, platform, or trademark is for identification or interoperability purposes and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation unless expressly stated otherwise.

19. Termination

Your license to use DuoDash may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms, including through piracy, unauthorized redistribution, license circumvention, or other unauthorized use.

Upon termination, you must cease using DuoDash and remove unauthorized copies in your possession or control.

20. Changes to these Terms

SenseTechLab may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to DuoDash, distribution methods, legal requirements, security considerations, or business practices.

The current version will be made available through an official SenseTechLab distribution channel or website.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will apply prospectively and appropriate notice will be provided.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

22. No waiver

Failure by SenseTechLab to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.

23. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, license terms, and marketplace-specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement between you and SenseTechLab concerning DuoDash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

24. User acknowledgment

BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACTIVATING, OR USING DUODASH, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

1. your device is jailbroken or otherwise operates in a modified environment;
2. installing system-level modifications involves inherent risks;
3. DuoDash may cause or contribute to crashes, boot loops, incompatibility, data loss, loss of jailbreak functionality, or other device problems;
4. in exceptional circumstances, software modification may render a device temporarily or permanently unusable;
5. SenseTechLab cannot control your device configuration, other installed tweaks, jailbreak environment, vehicle system, or third-party software;
6. you are responsible for maintaining backups and recovery options;
7. you will not use DuoDash in a manner that distracts you while driving or otherwise creates an unsafe condition;
8. you are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use of DuoDash; and
9. you voluntarily choose to install and use DuoDash with knowledge of these risks.
